William A. Miller

Will Miller joined Higgs, Fletcher & Mack as a partner in 1999 having previously been a partner with the law firm of McInnis, Fitzgerald, Rees & Sharkey.  Mr. Miller's practice includes civil trial litigation, as well as  representation of clients in administrative proceedings, with an emphasis in the representation of healthcare clientele.  He is privileged to represent clients throughout California, including several premiere national healthcare entities in matters of professional liability and business litigation.  He additionally represents several national insurers and product manufacturers in various matters.

Mr. Miller has received the highest rating (A-V) available for Martindale-Hubbell for ethics and legal ability.
