John M. Morris

John Morris joined Higgs Fletcher & Mack following his graduation from law school. His practice at the Firm concentrated for several years on routine insurance defense and personal injury matters. By 1983, Mr. Morris' practice began evolving, and since 1986 has been concentrated almost exclusively on civil appellate matters (including writs and post-trial motions). Since 1983, Mr. Morris has been a member of the adjunct faculty at California Western School of Law, teaching courses in advanced legal writing and products liability. Mr. Morris has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Diego School of Law, teaching a seminar on Appellate Practice and Procedure.
