The Firm's International Practice Group combines practical knowledge and substantive legal skills providing the ability to advise clients on the most effective way to address business challenges and capitalize on business opportunities abroad. Higgs Fletcher & Mack has unique expertise in cross-border litigation involving all issues arising out of transactions in which U.S. and foreign companies are involved on both sides of the U.S./Mexico border and elsewhere.
