Mr. Boniske is an associate attorney and a member of the Business Litigation and Employment Law practice groups. His practice focuses on defending businesses and employers of all sizes in business, employment, and real property litigation. Before he joined Higgs Fletcher & Mack, Mr. Boniske practiced law for two years another well-respected law firm in San Diego.
Mr. Boniske has a wide-array of litigating experience in complex business disputes involving, among other things, breach of contract, intentional business torts, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraudulent transfers, and unfair competition.
Mr. Boniske also has extensive experience in employment litigation matters and has represented employers in claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Mr. Boniske also has a history of representing landlords in tenant disputes, unlawful detainer proceedings, and claims arising from the purchase, sale, and leasing of real property.
Mr. Boniske has been nominated for The Recorder's "50 Lawyers on the Fast Track," and is currently a member of the Leadership Development Committee for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers in San Diego.
Mr. Boniske graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Political Science. He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review, received his section's Best Brief Award, and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Tax.
In his spare time, Mr. Boniske enjoys playing basketball, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
