Maggie Schroedter is an Associate Attorney in Higgs Fletcher & Mack, LLP’s civil litigation practice, specializing in business, health care, and medical malpractice litigation, including the representation of physicians, hospitals, and outpatient surgery centers in malpractice and general business litigation. Ms. Schroedter has also represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in commercial litigation and contract disputes.
Ms. Schroedter is also an active member of a number of professional committees, and also serves as Chair of the Equality and Action Committee of Lawyers Club of San Diego. Ms. Schroedter is an active member of the Women’s Resource Fair Task Force and an Associate of the Honorable William B. Enright Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
Ms. Schroedter graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics and earned Dean’s List Honors at the Warrington College of Business. Ms. Schroedter earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member of the Public Interest Law Journal. During law school, she served as a law clerk at Partners HealthCare, a nonprofit, integrated health system founded by Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Prior to joining Higgs Fletcher & Mack in 2010, Ms. Schroedter also worked at the U.S. Consulate General, in Milan, Italy.
