Our Goal
Higgs, Fletcher & Mack recognizes that having attorneys and non-attorney professionals of

Attorney Recruitment
We seek associates who are well balanced, highly motivated individuals with excellent
academic credentials and communication skills. We recognize the value of training and
development of our young lawyers. In addition to being supervised by a senior attorney, our
associates are assigned an experienced mentor attorney to help guide them through their first
years with the Firm and insure that they are fully integrated into the Firm's culture. We also
provide a variety of internal seminars and educational opportunities to meet the requirements
of the State Bar of California and to assist in the professional development of our attorneys.
We actively seek lateral candidates to expand the Firm's capabilities and add new practice
areas. We always welcome inquiries from established attorneys with developed practices.

Staff
We recognize that our support staff are an integral and critical part of the team that serves
our clients. They provide a broad range of administrative, clerical and technical support.
With that in mind, we employ only those candidates that share our commitment to providing
the highest quality client service. We have a variety of support staff positions that include
administration, accounting, information systems, legal secretaries, legal assistants, office
